Customer Support and Data Analytics
Nikki has been an integral member of the Healthpoint team since 2007. She has expertise in customer support and data analytics.
Nikki works closely with GP practices and PHN organisations in Australia to help practices complete detailed Emergency Response Plans using ERPT. She also provides reporting on Healthpoint for Health New Zealand, Regions and Districts as well as supporting the Healthpoint team with customer services.
Previously, Nikki was a Senior Communications Advisor – Primary Care at Counties Manukau Health in Auckland where she looked after the communications from the DHB to primary carers.
Nikki loves to travel, exploring cultures, landscapes and cuisines. She spends her free time walking in the mountains with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Moose and playing the violin in local orchestras, Irish bands and chamber groups.
